What we are looking for

A dedicated, enthusiastic Account Manager to join our growing Account Management Team. The ideal candidate will be a driven team player that thrives in collaboratives, fast paced environments and is committed to ensuring customers have a consistently excellent customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Serve as primary day-to-day liaison for all customer account management matters.
  • Identify and address all customer needs to ensure customers can successfully utilize our product.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Enter and update all information in CRM on a timely basis.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contact.

What you’ll bring to the table

  • 2+ years of account rep or account management experience, preferably in Enterprise Software Sales (we’ll provide necessary training/sales support).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong organizational skills with emphasis on accuracy and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills and detail orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Wireless/Cellular Industry experience is a plus.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus.
