Seeing an unmet need in the retail marketplace for a business management solution at the point of sale, Gary launched B2B Soft and its Wireless Standard software solution, which today is being used by thousands of retail locations worldwide, from small retail operations to large corporate enterprises, as a way to better manage and run their business.

Igor Senchenko
Co-Founder and CTO

Igor oversees the company’s IT and development teams, and is responsible for all of B2B Soft’s computer and network operations.

In early 2000, Igor joined B2B Soft, working with Gary Khabinski to develop the software platform that today is Wireless Standard. Prior to joining the company, Igor was a Senior Developer Analyst / Oracle DBA with International Securities Exchange of New York City. ..

Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Don heads up B2B Soft’s sales division and spearheads the company’s marketing and advertising initiatives. Don brings over fifteen years’ experience in wireless sales and business development and his keen sense of marketing and ability to foster relationships has made him an expert within the wireless applications space.

Don heads up B2B Soft’s sales division and spearheads the company’s marketing and advertising initiatives. Don brings over fifteen years’ experience in wireless sales and business development and his keen sense of marketing and ability to foster relationships has made him an expert within the wireless applications space.

Prior to joining B2B Soft in April of 2010, Don was Vice President of Sales & Business Development at 3rd Dimension, where he led their innovative 3rd Dimension Digital Media offering bringing live video to wireless devices with mobile advertising and marketing. Selling into and managing products through carriers like Verizon Wireless, AT&T and Sprint, as well as, strategic industry partners like Motorola and Lucent, his “team player” attitude fostered a dedicated and creative sales force and earned him a loyal following among carriers and corporate partners.

Don started his career with IBM as a marketing representative with a focus on communications and retail. A pioneer in the nascent wireless arena, he managed carrier, OEM, retail, and strategic partner channels, and sold early wireless solutions like internet gateways, messaging systems, device management, and information services for AirMedia, RTS Wireless, i3 Mobile and Intellisync, which was later acquired by Nokia.

While Vice President of Sales at AirMedia, he introduced and implemented the Software Alliance Program, a marketing program designed for paging, cellular, and PCS carriers worldwide. Don also held the position of Vice President of Worldwide Sales at RTS Wireless and i3 Mobile. While at i3, Don was a member of the senior management team which led the company to a public stock offering. i3 focused on a customized news and content offering which was delivered to wireless devices through network operators on a worldwide basis.

Don graduated Summa cum Laude with a B.A. degree from the University at Albany with a focus on organizational behavior and economics and resides in Stamford, CT.

Vik leads the Client Services and Merchant Processing Divisions in both US and Ukraine ensuring quality products and service delivery to our clients.

He is a veteran of the wireless telecommunications industry, bringing a unique balance of business and technology together. He has worked in the Telecom, Wireless and IT sectors for over 12 years. Vik started his career with TIBCO as Technical Trainer and moved to Avaya as Technical Consultant. Later, he joined Intouch Wireless, one of the early players in the Wireless Retail Industry, as Director of Operations. Most recently, Vik worked with Wireless 360 as VP of Operations and was instrumental in growing their North East retail footprint.

He understands all the intricacies of Wireless Retail from both the front and back end. He is a highly accomplished management and sales professional with a consistent history of thriving in high pressure, constantly changing environments. He combines exceptional team building and management skills.

Vik has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, NY.

After graduating from the College of Staten Island in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree, Alex joined B2B Soft as a Sales Representative and quickly became one of the company’s most successful reps. His passion for servicing his customers and staying continuously and directly involved in supporting their needs led to his promotion as Director of Sales in June of 2011.

Prior to joining B2B Soft, she worked as a Regional Sales Director for Qpay, a transactions services company specializing in payment processing systems in the Telecommunication Industry. During her 4 years at Qpay, she worked closely with B2B Soft to deliver a comprehensive solution to the Qpay dealer channel.

Most recently, Heather rounded out her career with TARGUSinfo, a data solutions company, where she gained valuable skills selling into Fortune 1000 prospects. Heather holds a B.S. in Dietetics from the University of Connecticut and an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Illinois.

As a Senior Product Manager, Vladimir leads the development of B2B Soft’s Retail Management Platform and is responsible for new product innovations, applications and strategies. With over a decade of experience shepherding software projects through their entire life cycle, Vlad brings a blend of strategic vision and technical expertise in application design, development and integration to B2B Soft.

Prior to joining B2B Soft, Vladimir was Senior Product Manager at WebMD where he led the development and implementation of various products including social media, email marketing and CMS products. As Product Manager at KickApps Corporation, he developed new products such as apps, widgets, media management tools and monetization solutions while overseeing the day to day operations of its product lines and features.

Vladimir holds a PMP Certification from Project Management Institute in New York and BA from Brooklyn College.
